About My Workshops
I offer a wide range of workshops for both the general public and for helping professionals, on topics such as boundaries and burnout, working with LGBTQ* clients, understanding domestic violence, sexual violence and consent, self care, self-compassion, and suicide.
I also offer community-based Body Mapping workshops, where we create life-size body maps created by working in pairs. This is a chance to explore our own relationship with our bodies, the strength it holds, and to critically examine the unhelpful the messages it is surrounded by. Empowering and nurturing, this workshop includes individual art making process and group based dialogue in a safe, nurturing, and nonjudgmental environment.
