Therapeutic Groups
I love facilitating group therapy because I've seen just how powerful it can be. Group counseling combines experiential learning with the chance to share personal experiences and insights. With the support of myself and the other group members, you'll have the chance to explore your relationship with yourself in a deeper way. I've found that having a group of other people that will be both your cheerleaders and your partners in accountability is hugely powerful. You get the benefit of learning from others who are facing similar situations, and you'll be able practicing new ways of being in a safe(r) space.
The intensive format also allows for some seriously exponential growth and healing. Eight weeks is a solid commitment to yourself, and it's rare that we ever dedicate that amount of time to really dig deep into one issue. It's becomes too easy to put things off, get off track, or wait for a "better time".
